A lot of my rowdy friends slowed their drink'n.
it's probably a wise thing to do.
Bar-keep says they are out there watch'n the lot,
wait'n for you to come on thru.

He says a couple of beers is just fine,
but you don't have to drink the whole 6 pack.
Says be careful when you leave my place,
cuz you may never be come'n back.

It's not worth the money you gonna be spend'n,
especially if you get yourself caught.
You may leave here feeling hi-falut'n,
but buddy you might have just struck out.

So if your in a mind to go party'n,
just remember it can get a whole lot worse.
Meet your friends, drink that beer, have a real good time,
cuz your next ride may be in a hearse.
