Der Tag
Mein Handy klingelt, reißt mich aus `nem schrägen Traum,
mitten in der Nacht.
Mein Boss brüllt mich an, wo bleiben Sie, ist doch gleich 8.

Scheiße, das Meeting beginnt in einer halben Stunde,
ich darf nicht zu spät kommen, nicht eine Sekunde.

Schon wieder im Sessel gepennt, die Magnum drückt am Hintern.
Ich denk an gestern Abend, stöhnend quäl ich mich hoch.
Nichts zu hören von den verdammten Nachbarn, denn die pennen noch.


Man, so voll die U-Bahn, kaum Platz zum stehen,
Hab ich einen Fleck auf der Stirn, die Idioten scheinen
nur mich anzusehen.

Mein Boss blöckt mich an, was ist los mit Ihnen Man?
Dann macht er mich runter, vor allen Kollegen.
Nicht einer sagt irgendetwas dagegen.

Der Job kotzt mich Total an, doch ich brauch
die Kohle zum Leben.
Gierig inhalier ich den Rauch,
ich würde jetzt gern einen Whisky heben.

Sitz beim Mittag auch wieder allein,
stopfe den fettigen Burger in mich rein.

Später treff ich die Claudia auf dem Flur, man die find ich heiß.
Doch sie schaut mich nicht mit dem Hintern an,
dabei ist sie Single, soweit ich weiß.

Quatsche sie an, versuch sie auf einen Kaffee einzuladen,
Arrogant schaut sie mich an, als wollte ich mit ihr Nacktbaden.

Beschließe früher auszusteigen, die volle Bahn kotzt mich an.
Müde lauf ich durch den Park, hänge meinen Gedanken nach.
Ziehe an der Kippe, und jetzt ein großer Schluck aus dem Flachmann.
In der Ferne Geschrei, ein Schuss und ich bin hellwach.

Hastig biege ich ab in Richtung Straße,
nur raus aus dem Park, beginne zu laufen.
Schnell in den Supermarkt, muss sowieso noch
einkaufen.

The Day
My cell phone rings, rips me out of a weird dream,
feels like in the middle of the night.
My boss is yelling at me. Where the hell are you? It's 8:00.

Shit, the meeting starts in a half an hour,
I can't be late, not for a second.

Sleeping in my armchair again, the Magnum is pressing on my ass.
I think about last night, moaning, I torture myself to stand up.
Nothing to hear from the damn neighbors, because they're still sleeping.

Man, the subway is so crowded, no place to stand,
Have a spot on my forehead, the idiots just seem to look at me.

My boss is yelling at me, what's wrong with you, man?
Then he'll put me down in front of everyone.
None of the guys is saying anything against it.

This job totally pisses me off, but I need
the money to live on.
I greedily inhale the smoke,
I'd like to have a whisky now.

Sitting alone again at noon,
Shoving a greasy burger inside me.

Later I meet Claudia in the hall, I find her hot.
But she’s not looking at my ass,
she's single as far as I know.

I chat her up, try taking her out for coffee,
Arrogantly she looks at me as if I wanted to take a nude bath with her.

Decide to get out early, the full train pisses me off.
Tired I walk through the park, obsessing with my thoughts.
Pull out a cig and take a big sip from the flask.
In the distance screaming, one shot… and I'm wide awake.

I quickly turn in the direction of the road,
just out of the park, starting to walk.
Quickly to the supermarket, still have to get some groceries.
