Snow Moon and a watercolour sky
how soon till we must say goodbye
you'll leave me with a deeper shade of blue
and I'm already missing you

Softly leaving in the quiet mists of morning
frosty sparkles still glisten in your eyes
or are they tears that so silently are forming
falling on my pillow before the sun will rise

Love remember this moment
before it fades away
you'll hear the words my heart sent
the ones I could not say

Snow moon evanescent as we gaze
slowly melting into a bright new day
Birds awake `and add their cheerful song
and time still moves along
