The lyrics of this song are made like I collage of headlines as I saw in a reportage about David Bowie. He took some paper snippets all written with some sentences that he put together in a lyric form.
This doesn't make any sense at the beginning. But If you here the song it gives you strange feeling and you can also connect the words with your own experiences and identify with it somehow.
