Decided to start this theme, as may be interesting for our community. First one is Hydrophone or H2Organ. Steven Mann invented this wet wonder in the 1980’s to help people with visual impairments make music by using touch. By blocking the holes with your fingers, you divert the water past the sound mechanism for that hole, allowing air to blow out at that specific pitch.

Not very convenient for taking to gigs :)
I've heard some fine "found sounds" (I think you call them that) in my time. A copper kettle on the stove playing beautiful tunes, a little tiny stream, pitter patter of rain making a melody, etc. Perhaps in this age of mobile phones, many such natural harmonies will be recorded!
Sorry to take your thread off-topic so quickly but there is so much unusual inspiration out there.

We carpenters used to play our saws, none of us very good. This is how to do it! (I doubt if this can be played so well on an unmodified saw)

Krasimir, I like your forum posts but please try to start them in the appropriate place :) The musician sub forum clearly states:
"Musicians forum
Looking for people to invite to your band?
Or looking for a band to join?
Get in touch here!"
So I am moving it to the right section. Thanks!
