Hello,
I'm not guitarist nor a keyboardist so i use an application like irealpro to create chord progressions but i cannot record them with real instruments.
So i think that a chord progression library would be useful for:
- the guitarist that want chord progressions to play with
- the creator of the chord progression that want to see what can be done with different interpretation like in lyrics use.
If this idea is developed it would be nice to put a link to the chord progression thread in the chords tab of the mix or in the description and put each mix interpretation in a new post of the chord progression thread (like lyrics).
It would also be nice to attach files like audio, pdf ...
BR,
Laurent

I started to share my chord progressions in the "musicians forum" category.
Here is an exemple: https://www.wikiloops.com/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=1776#post_13601
So if you have any chord progression to share don't hesitate to put it in the "musicians forum" category. I think it would be nice to keep the convention for the title of your post: "Chord progression: title of the song". That would allow easier future migration of these posts if a new category created especially for chord progression like Lyrics.
For the content, there are different ways.
I use | to seperate bars and [[: :]] (x2) for bar repetition. Feel free to adapt to your needs.
