Coloured Sections Under Playback

ok, so I’ve sorted out how to add these when I add a new track. My problem is, I added a new track and had to leave urgently so I posted the track anyway without the coloured blocks. Now when I come to edit it to add the coloured blocked the playback has no indicator so it’s impossible to know where to place the blocks. Tried with many browsers and internet platforms. Any idea please?

This has happened to me a couple of times too. My temporary fix was to work out the total number of bars in my template and organize the small colored blocks in small groups representing the song form's order and then adjust their aprox. size by trial and error. A little time consuming so like you I hope there's a more accurate way that someone knows of when this happens.
