hi,
sorry to jump in here, I usually molre just like to follow things, but I have one question. I noticed that already over the last years many of the musicians like to post their creations with their own backbeat or like to first post a drum in a single track and add a guitar later( no hd track).
Basically I think that's understable , I mean if you first programmed the drum or played to some loop. I think thats cool. Also to post that for people who want to work with the track.
Just what about the real drummers or other people who'd like to add some own rythm to your song.

So here's the question:
Why not first post the single instrument track and then the one with the backbeat.
Seems no big problem and would leave the ddrummers the chance to add to your track.
Just an other alternative for more creative jams.
I am not really complaining...more wondering!

If I use electronic drums, I always post the track in HD without the drums as a single track. That way a drummer can add...

Yep. You could always ask the uploader if he can give you the track without drums. Works sometimes...

Wikiloops is an amazing platform to experiment with the styles of music that I never have had the opportunity to vocalize with. Thanks to all the excellent musicians/producers, the sound quality of the tracks are spectacular.
