Jimmy's Box

The boys were playing poker,
In the breakroom out the back,
When out front they heard the motor,
Of a V8 Cadillac,
Billy goes up to the window,
Takes a sneaky peak outside,
Says: "I don't mean to alarm you,
But that looks like Jimmy's ride."

So now, Jimmy bursts on in there,
With this big ol' cardboard box,
Puts it down onto the sideboard,
Takes his pistol out and cocks,
Pointing right toward the carton,
With the barrel of his gun,
Says: "This here's a box of slaps,
There's some for everyone."

Jimmy slapped them on the left side,
And he slapped them to the right,
He slapped them all around the room,
And kept it up all night.

See the boys had fixed ol' Jimmy,
Thought they'd fixed him real good,
Took him out to get that money,
Guess they figured that they could,
But now, Jimmy ain't no patsy,
He's as wiley as a fox,
Says: "You'll find your just deserts,
In this ol' cardboard box."

Jimmy slapped them on the downside,
And he slapped them up on top,
Until those boys had had enough,
And begged for him to stop.
