“Slow down a bit” page showing up

Dick,
I noticed that when this page showed up it was from a direct link to the page you were going, (picked the link to bring it up on the same tab), if you selected the link and told it to open in a new tab, the new page would open most of the time.
This was on the iPad in Safari and also on the Windows 11 machine in Chrome.
Hope this helps, all is working now since you disabled it.
