After a prolonged era of solemn abstinence, I am making my return to grinding—and brewing—my own coffee beans. Last night, a spirit woke me to decree that, following years of deprivation, I must henceforth grind my own beans again. Starting tonight, I shall comply. I am already visibly trembling.

Wow that is fantastic. I don't use hand grinding, I have a electric grinder where I can set the size of the grind. Very cool Hartmut!
