I join in on this great jazzy swing number. Tried something yesterday with the strat and prs but just not happening. Grabbed the old 72 les paul today with 11 gauge strings on it and that felt a lot better. Cant say I played it any better but it felt better. I think the first time I've played it on the loops or anywhere in a long time. Thanks for the jam Nadrek, Oli and WhiteDrum55. Thanks for listening.

The heavier gauge strings as opposed to the .09's I use on most guitars felt so much better. Think I am going to try .12s on it going forward. +1

OliVBee i have flat 012 56 mounted on my guitar ;) i'd have a very hard time playing with anything lighter than 011 50 i concede !! +1

FrankieJ What blows my mind is years ago I used 08s exclusively in combination with tuning half step to whole step down in the genre I was committed to then.
Cannot imagine doing that today.
