eGiL this is a top class bassline, fits in to that ooo la la category of coolness. It reminds me of the sort of stuff on a Primal Scream track. Cant ask for more! :) Glad your with us brother! :W

Happy to jump in!! :) The last year i have been playing my 7 string a lot, the Bass VI forced me to play differently (which is good for me!) and the flats also gives another sound, then it's the part of it being passive... and the string spacing is like on a guitar! :D :O So, challenging ;)

I guess that is a bit like a drummer having a 6 piece rock kit, then stripping it down to a 4 piece jazz / bop kit. Taking away those 2 extra toms (+ strings) forces you to to be more creative in an odd way!
