did you apply some limiter ? some multiband compressor ? or maybe a maximizer or some boost algorithm of some kind ?
whatever it is you used it sound to me way too much ;) i'd say your mix is also unbalanced on the EQ : high mids and hf too proeminent => that's probably the bleeding factor ;) +1

Yes you are right! I've just deleted the whole "lights" in a sound recording with the virgin toggle switches. (Not that it's perfect now, but I think it's so much better.) Thanks! ;)
