A song I wrote as a tribute to my dear cousin Helen, we shared the same birthday a year apart. She was the middle daughter of three of my Mom's sister Violet...Hence the title Violet's Petal. I wrote this several years ago when she passed away. Not the best vocal, I always had trouble with this one finding the right key...today 'A' seemed to be the best I could sing it in.
