FrankieJ Mr. Knopfler is one of my many idols. I'm always happy when compared to him.
I was experimenting with that style very early on. I always had a love for steel guitar and would spend lots of time trying to play steel licks on guitar. Then along came Dire Straits and of course I fell in love with them:)
