Talk about hurt pride I crashed and burned on my mountain bike end of last week, thought Id broken my elbow, ribs and done my knee on the right side.... I went flat onto a concrete path coming of the rough downhill. Finally after a lots of rest, a sling, heavy support, hot soaks etc I can move better, lift up and straighten my elbow and play drums a little again, although I feel like I was kicked by a ...

These types of falls usually occur when riding a new bike. It's about millimeters, center distance and whatever. Get well soon Peter, and take your time<3 +1
