JoeOnBass I've been working on some rockin' blues tunes for a solid side project, most of the stuff I get around town is filling in for a weekly jam at a venue like the "house band," or learn an 8 song set for a one-off performance for a guitarists band. 20 minutes ago I learned Purple Rain for a girl who wants to sing it on Thursday, and Stray Cat Strut ... yay, cover songs. On a good note, my metal band seems to have found a singer, very close in style to Myles Kennedy, so hopefully before the summers out we'll get finished with some studio tracks and have a song off to radio and see where it goes. Regional touring will likely be a thing and for sure I'll let you know and get you there one way or another!! Vegas?!? lol. +1

JoeOnBass My wife and I went to Reno once for a few days to see something new ... or old as it were, but we had a good time. The drive is icky but the meals were good. +1

Yep, definitely penetrated my head! What a cool, insistent riff that pummels you into submission and is perfectly in tune with the drums. Amazing! +1
