I'm trying to be different
And finally change my ways
The way I am ain't working
I keep living in a daze

I need a real experience
Not one I’ve had before
Something that I’ll remember
As I exit out the door

So many scenes are boring,
We do the same old thing
Arriving with our baggage
That stuff we always bring

I need to get outside of myself
And think a different way
Something I've not done before
I need my mind to stray

It’s time for me
To change my ways

We're all caught up in pressure
Just trying to fit in
It's risky to be different
And some say it's a sin

But life is what we make it,
it's really up to us
To try and make something out of our lives
And not get up on that same old bus

I need to change my ways….
