abuitremorem Thanks, Patrick. I really enjoyed Masuria. There were no mosquitoes!! And at the lake where we were, there was only frozen fish... But the food was excellent. If you don't know where to go... Poland is recommended. I never would have expected to like Warsaw. It's rare that you can always get good, affordable food in a capital city.:W +1

Dembinska on 'Food and Drink in Medieval Poland' but I guess that sort of food may not be offered in Warsaw now. Sounds good though.;) +1

abuitremorem Wow—I came across a kind of summary. It shows the Polish way of speaking and writing. Very flowery and, for me, a bit long-winded. I won't read any more, though, because I'm not interested in history anymore. It would take a lot of energy to understand it. It's great that you're doing this.:) +0
