Sunrise on my windshield,
Coffee cup and dreams to fill.
Old town fading in the mirror,
I’m not scared, it’s getting clear.
Every mile feels lighter now,
I’m done with plans I don’t allow.

I’m free on the highway, rolling with the wind,
No map in my hand, no place I’ve been.

I’m chasing the life I dreamed instead.

Blue sky smiling like it knew.
Windows down, my hair untied,
The past just whispers goodbye.
