A sonic immersion into the depths of disappointment. The piece begins with deep marimbula and gourd percussion, alongside granular metallic sounds from metal work, evoking the emotional ocean of disillusionment when a relationship ends and a shared life project collapses. The hang drum introduces a false spirituality, while the blue-toned nuances of the banal landscape accompany and support the intimate and sensitive journey through the loss of shared hopes and dreams.
