gestern Morgen bin ich
aufgewacht
.. hab über so vieles
nachgedacht

über mein Leben
und wie es so läuft
und dass in letzter Zeit
mein wahres Ich ersäuft

das kann so nicht
weitergehen
ich muss was ändern,
das musst du verstehen

hab ich mich schon lang nicht mehr
so gut gefühlt
wenn etwas in deiner Seele wühlt
ignoriere es nicht ..

in der Hand
ich funktioniere nur noch

alles läuft nur noch
über´s Rückenmark
