are you saying this track contains sound material which you are not the creator of? then this track needs to be removed from wikiloops please...

Hi Dick, i added drums on a copyright free playalong track. Sorry, didn't realise this is a problem. I don't see any delete tab on my track window. how can i delete a track? Best

with the red flag button shown right of the player :) Sorry, hate to spoil peples fun, but we better take these things serious on wikiloops, getting into some kind of legal complications is not what we are after... so only own works (or tracks taken off WL) is the golden rule here.
