Where do you find daily inspiration?

Yesterday I was doom scrolling while I worked, in a window next to the window I was working in. I discovered someone shared the entire Neal Peart biography that recently came out titled No One's Disciple. (https://www.facebook.com/reel/1132125166432876). It was really nice to see his smiling face and to hear him talk along with others sharing their emotions on his life's work.
Today it's The Police Live! on Spotify with recordings from 1979. Amazing stuff. Sometimes it's Sade's collective works, Paul Denman has inspired me my entire life of bass playing.
I find myself digging through retrospective audio that brings me back to younger years, when I was discovering the music that ultimately made me.
I was wondering what inspires you - or what you find daily to make you feel music in your soul, the way you feel when you find that groove and lock in during a recording.
Where's your inspiration?
Today it's The Police Live! on Spotify with recordings from 1979. Amazing stuff. Sometimes it's Sade's collective works, Paul Denman has inspired me my entire life of bass playing.

A lot of what I may "last hear" on Wikiloops may trigger me into a specific genre, which sparks some inspiration. I may hear some funk track by Tof and Alex, and then I'm in a funk mood. Your sort of 80s track not too long ago, put me in an 80s mood...I jumped on your track, then did a separate template that was 80s-ish as well.
I think a commercial at one time put me into a mood of some sort. On some occasions it can be an event that is happening (past or present). For me, a lot of what I hear and listen to or watch can trigger inspiration of some sort. I wouldn't say I go searching for music or anything in particular, it sorta just pops into my life in some way and can be the birth of something inspirational.
This doesn't happen that often anymore, but I also like when someone makes a reference to your playing, but it may be something you've never heard or something you're not that familiar with. I recall Ray (rp3drums) telling me once that I sounded (played) like John Sykes. I was never a John Sykes specific fan, but did know he recorded with Whitesnake. Beyond that, didn't really know much more of his music. I think Ray shared a solo album of his with me and I listed to the whole thing. I could hear why he might make that comparison. I find things like that interesting as well because we all hear music differently.

I do love me some John Sykes. Those Tygers of Pan Tang albums were great in my teens.
