Well... After around four weeks I didn't expect to be uploading again! Still recovering but the changes are marked: no strains in my left hand, total free and flexible movement in my shoulder. It's almost bizarre! The main problem is how much the quality of my playing has dropped (especially my timing!) but practice will get that back on track.
