Driving down the highways
and I'm looking at the landscapes of my life.
Twists and turns and byways
Backstreet paths and throughways
did I cut too many corners
and did I do what's right.
What's on the horizon
is there another way that I could choose.
Guess it always always leads me back to you.

Is it a rite of passage (turn around around)
just a turnpike into time (Turn around around)
Carry too much baggage
it will slow you down the line.
Am I wrong for travelling light

keep my eyes on the road ahead.
