Such a cool Bass line White Bass laid down on one of our favorite DFD Drum tracks. Snappy and playful seems to be the mood and hopefully that's still happening.

You have a signature recognizable among a thousand in your playing and your sound !! +1
Wade
Wade So very kind of you Filo. The highest compliment a sax player can have is to be thought of as having your own identifiable sound. Most sax players are more interested in copying famous players or trying to impress with their technical prowess. +1
Filo974
Filo974 If that can "reassure" you it's the same for guitarists (and probably all instrumentalists). But everyone does what they can. And I do not throw stones at someone who has not yet found what he is looking for, because the most important thing for me is to be in a state of research! Afterwards, each to his own level ... I myself often copy onto the sound or the style of another, and this thing is really a long debate. I had to work hard to get out of the Metheny style for example ...
I think the main thing besides what I have said is to get to the stage where we become aware of our sound, which leads to revisions of "how and with what sound I play" ... Important for each musician ... "how to have a real signature?" We all start by copying ...
