Here's a Man who understands not anyone at all
What they hear, what they say, what they think they saw
into the wind, tumbling through, another thoughtless day
A chronic situation, compelled
to living life that way

Here's a man, who knows they can, but nothing will they do
Visionary lameducks, obeying all the rules
Here they come, there they go, nobody takes a dare
Here the ones, find themselves not either, here nor there

Here's a woman, fancy free, not any way tied down
All she feels is sympathy for the ones that hang around
Here they come, there they go, mired in despair
Here the ones, living life, neither, here nor there
