A tricky template from Marc - trickier than usual, at least! One of his zen rock garden tunes where the scope for interpretation is huge. The main part for me is that 'dance' piano line in the red section - that kind of dictated the whole track for me but how to glue the other sections in? That was the tricky bit. mpointon Thank you and well spotted. Re-positioned overheads (I use X/Y on a bar) but I've alos ditched the snare mic clamp and gone back to a stand so I can put some more distance on the snare mic. I've also now set up a snare bottom mic. It's definitely made a difference. +1

Wowzers!! You got that dancegroove totally cool!
Great start with that relaxed wide intro. Than the tight groove in the B-part for warming up to the C-part where things get loose!
Your treatment of the outro is super as well, bringing in the busier kick in the second half of the outro! :W:W:W works great man!
