“Not Long Now” (cynical tongue in cheek observation)

You say you have some worries, you can't see your way through
You look towards the future, you don't know what to do
You say that people hate you and talk behind your back
But I am here to tell you, the World is not so black
Your worries will be over, nothing more to dread
You're gonna feel much better, lay easy in your bed
Nobody can hurt you or get inside your head
Tomorrow will be better 'cause tomorrow you'll be dead
You say the World is hopeless, don't make any sense
It's sad and so divided, the population's dense
It is an uphill struggle, you cannot see an end
But I am here to tell you, at least you have one friend
Your worries will be over, nothing more to dread
