So you think you should be doing more, getting more from what you do
Being more like what you think you ought to be aspiring to

Nobody can tell you what you have to do
Because nobody can know you like you think you do
And when you wake up every day and think the worst is past
You resurrect the hope but it\'s sinking fast
Don\'t beat yourself up if you want to survive
Don\'t beat yourself up, learn to duck and dive

Beat yourself up if you like but you\'ll never win
You think you are a loser, and you missed your chance to prove it
You know there\'s life in the old dog yet but you\'re struggling to move it
You think you\'re going mental because nothing\'s making any sense
Grinding further to a halt, you got no point of reference
