The other boys did the hard yards on that very cool track Wade, I only added 3 whammy squeels & the female vox. It's got me beat why a lot of Wiki tracks don't make the pop/rock/metal charts a lot of it better than majority of shite around today.

That's for sure! However we're a "cloister" totally inward looking and not putting anything into the outer world.
I prodded Richard (the owner) to consider a web radio programme, but instead he started an internal radio. Still no window to the outer world. We can post stuff outside, but need the permission of all the other players on a track. I tried to get permission from all the players I've done work with, however only about half gave the OK. Royalties and how that would work can be a problem. It's not insurmountable, yet difficult. +1

It's there for future musical archaeologists to dig up?
For some it's good practice. Many here are former pros that don't have the myriad of gigs that used to exist. Others (me included?) just need to have a musical outlet. Lots of us are old, so wouldn't want to have to travel doing shows. I only do a few live gigs a year now. Bringing up a track downloaded anything from months to years ago gives me the opportunity to record the track as an improvisation on first hearing. Only works maybe 1/3 of the time and I need a few more goes, but it's an excellent exercise to keep my ears keen.
Get what you can out of it, but also be aware that it's possible with the OK of the others on a track to take it elsewhere. +1

Yes mate I totally understand the getting old thing🤤 I still try to fit in a five Klm mountain bike ride or power walk every day to keep the bones moving :D Not sure though if it's even worth taking your music elsewhere these days if your talking about SoundCloud/Spotify etc, I know some guys here do that but so many incredibly talented guys/girls playing guitar/making music in the world today. Plus the Ai thing is out of control already any numb nut can come up with a fake band. Rant Over Rock On Buddy :W
