I GOT ISSUES

I got issues I get through a lot of tissues - my empathy is killing me I can't control my sympathy.
I'd be a kidney donor, give house room to a loner, if you call me on your phone a hundred times a day, I couldn't ignore you, knock twice on my door, you're sure to get an answer, I guess that's just my way.
I'm paranoid I always think they're talking about me, their comments are directed at my expense, they say I'm paranoid but that don't make no sense.
Got a persecution complex, others think that I'm to blame.
I'm a little schitzo my other half admits so, we're never seen together although we share a name,
I'm real nice and she's as cold as ice.
Tell me about it.

I'm as jumpy as a monkey, as flippy as a nervous butterfly, as trippy as a hippy taking pot on the 4th of July.
I'm a little OCD and there's some things that have to be, if it dosn't look right I'll be up all night moving it and moving it and moving it until it looks right - it never looks right.
Took my troubles to a shrink but I knew what he was thinking, he had that look in his eye and I knew exactly I'm paranoid - or are they really talking about me?
Are you paranoid, are they talking about you, is it your fault, how do you live with it.
