I’m steady as a rock, most people say
It takes a lot to take my breath away
A hundred thousand galaxies are shining down on me
I guess that I have always, somehow, known

There's a golden river in the sky
Can you feel it even if you close your eyes?
it is broad and it is wide
and it carries us inside
yes, there's a golden river in the sky

a mighty, swirling river made of stars
which sweeps us up with Jupiter and Mars

Boundaries and borders you can keep
Abolish them, I won’t lose any sleep.
There's no point in thinking small
Let's build bridges and not walls
Over the river gold and deep

A hundred thousand galaxies are shining down on me
And Laniakea is my home

And I'm still here with my friends. Undivided to the end
You can find us past the Zone of Avoidance

Is this Universe a stage and we the actors?
Until we fall into the arms of The Great Attractor?
