mpointon I had the mics further away! The room I recorded in was acoustically pretty dead thanks to books on the walls so mic distance didn't make too much difference. +2

After all this time, I kinda like the kit sound the 'Recorderman' mic arrangement gives. Might have to try it again, although I'll fix the phasing problems next time. +1
