It falls silently to the ground,
like cotton wool clouds,
gliding silently
in the heavens above.

Silently past the windows
of sleeping angels,
in their nest of feathers.

Silently like a painted ship,
upon a painted ocean,
hanging on a wall.

Alas, snow can become tyrannous
and cruel,
when the undertaker calls
to take the sleeping away,

Who are as cold, as cold as ice!
and there family bury them,
Silently, silently, silently.
